LORCA’S GRANADA: writers' retreats, workshops & colloquia in Andalucía, Spain

Oct. 16- 25, 2018 Session 1: Retreat in Granada's Heart

Intended as a writing retreat for already published writers (incl. all arts professionals and scholars) with Canada's writing and culinary expert on Spain Gerry Shikatani. It is set in the magnificent Andalusian city of Granada, that was home to and at the heart of Federico Garcia Lorca. With tours and a writing/living experience on the streets that inspired Lorca, participants will work on their own projects while recalling and discussing the legacy of one of the world's greatest literary legends. Feedback and exchange through participation within a small group of artists.
