For those of us in the international gastronomy press, it was essential in giving us international perspective that inspired reporting on the evolution of food and drink. Ms Torras and Grup GSR gave the world's gastronomy journalists the means to re-define our work at the vanguard, but with a steady hand on the treasure of traditions.

And so, on to 2018, this 20th Anniversary, a special edition - as you shall read. Congratulations to San Sebastian - the city and Gastronomika.
