Dani Garcia's Anchoa y Trufa


It was onstage at San Sebastian Gastronomika 2017
that chef Dani Garcia prepared his creation Anchovies with truffles. Half a year later, this same preparation thrilled a small group of diners in spring at the chef's cooking session at Alimentaria, Barcelona's bi-annual mammoth trade show for food/drinks and gastronomy. This remarkable dish is just one of Mr. Garcia's signa- ture works in Arcadia, his vision and theme driving a breathtaking current menu at his eponymous three-star Michelin restaurant in Marbella.
